Guys, I got my landing interview email now. Scheduled for Aug 15,2019 @2pm Etobicoke.
Processing at Winnipeg IRCC

Brampton. It doesn't matter if you're in GTA they send you the nearest CIC Office.That's good and early slot for interview

It’s weird how other VOs send PPR and Winnipeg sends landing interview. In case of CEC applicant or anyone Who is in Canada doesn’t make any sense to cross the border and come back. I would say landing interview is the best thing. Saves all that hassle of sending in Passport and crossing the border (Flagpolling) and all.Not everyoneI saw some cases with PPR also

Finally, I got my landing interview email saying that my case will be finalized at Etobicoke office!!!
The emial was sent on Friday Aug 09, but I did not check my mail box until now...It really suprised me.
I guess the vo is speeding up their processing time probably due to large amount of case backlogs.
