Can someone let me know how long this should take and some info on what it is etc? We been waiting since 2021. No communication from ircc. This was for a PR application based on humanitarian and compassionate. Got refused.

H&C applications can take a long time. You have been out of status since 2015 so this isn’t a simple case.
