Procedure of Requesting Documents and Withdrewing from Canadian Immigration?

Hi,
My Parents have applied for Family VISA and I had Applied as a Dependent child in 2007. In January 2010 we got a letter from Canadian Immigration in which they have objected about my Age and asked me to submit my original education documents. (I am 26 years old now.) I have submitted my education documents. Now I need those documents back.

Can anyone guide me what will be procedure of requesting the documents from Canadian Immigration?

you may not get them back untill they make a decision,but you can email them or fax them requesting them returned,you should have sent copies not originals.
