Procedure for getting PCC from Dubai

For the past three years, I am residing in Hyderabad, India. Prior to this, I was working and staying in Dubai for almost 12 years.
Now, I need a PCC from Dubai for Canada visa.

Can anyone let me know the procedure of applying for a Dubai PCC and getting it. Also please let me know how much time it takes and the charges involved.

and in the last para its clearly mention how the PCC will be issued to people living abroad.

There charges are DHS:110/- and the normal time is 5 working day!

Hi Satdxb - Thanks for your link.
The fingerprint form is in Dubai Police letterhead. So, we have to just do the fingerprint on our own and get the
form attested by the Min.of External Affairs & UAE Embassy. And then send it to Dubai. Is it the right procedure.
Or, is there another procedure.
