Procedure for Canadian PR/Indian citizen to renew US visitor visa from Canada?

Hi guys,

I’m an Indian citizen living in Canada since 2013. Canadian permanent resident since a year.

My 10 year US visitor visa expires 2019 Feb and I need to renew it urgently.

I live in Windsor, Ontario. Anyone know the procedure to renew the visa?

By the way, I also have a green card application in process since 2015 since my father is a US citizen and sponsored me, but wait time was 8 years. Would that affect the visa renewal?
