What exactly does the PFL say? You should copy and paste the entire letter here leaving out any personal information like your name. What exactly did you leave out of your Express Entry application?
You really need to post the full letter. It's hard to help with so little information.
It sounds to me like you thought that because you provided your complete travel history on your previous applications for a visitor and student visa and got a negative outcome, you didn't provide your complete travel history for your application for PR.

You need to share what the PFL says. We're guessing things and can't help you until you share what the government actually wrote to you.
