Hi,

My applicaiton was recently updated with Procedural Fairness.
I am applying for Visitor Visa, from INDIA, applied online.
It says:
I would like to give you an opportunity to respond to this information. I will afford you 30 days from the receipt of this letter to make any representations in this regard. Please use the address noted at the top of the letter for all correspondence and clearly indicate your file number. If you do not respond to this request within the time outlined above, your application will be refused.
Sincerely,
Immigration section

Now do i have to send them the hard copies of what they want? I have no provision to upload any extra documents.

Do i send it to Immigration Section - Service de l’Immigration
7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri PO Box 5209 New Delhi 110021

It is really confusing, as it the top of the letter it only states Government of canada.
Kindly confirm if anybody knows.

Hi,

Has the visa office asked you for any specific information?

Did you state any incorrect/false information in your TRV application?

Did you fail to disclose any previous visa refusals/previous visa applications/entry denied to any country (not just to Canada)?

How did you get the Fairness Letter?

Cheers
