I am thinking about maybe withdrawing my application. As its taking to long and i do not want a 5 year ban from canada. Do you think it is possible to do so?

Btw has anybody ever gotten any positive response after procedural fairness? Or is it a guranteed refusal?
Any constructive advice would be appreciated.

Once you've received a fairness letter - it's typically too late to withdraw the application. You have to respond to the fairness letter and wait for CIC to make a decision in your application.

It is not a guaranteed refusal. Sometimes the outcome can still be positive.

Having seen my whole situation in this whole thread, do you think i have a chance, honestly? I know its a weird thing to ask but since i’ve been waiting for so long im just looking for any sign whether its positive or negative.

I would say the chances of being refused are probably higher than the chances of being approved. But that's just my guess.

I don't think anyone can really give you a definitive answer here. It's all up to the CIC and how they see your situation.
