Do anyone know how long it takes normally to send a fairness letter (in case it is sent) after uploading medicals?
does it take long to hear back in case of rejection (fairness letter)?

Here copy of letter
I note that the letter of employment dated 07NOV2013 indicates you were employed on a part- time basis as a Warehouse Shipping Clerk for a period of one month between JUL2012 and AUG2012. I note that upon completion of your studies, you were promoted to the position of a Warehouse Supervisor in SEP2012.
I note that the letter of employment indicates you are working as a full-time (40 hours/week) Warehouse Supervisor with a salary of $11.00/hour. I note that the lowest indicated wage for this position as shown on the Working in Canada website is $12.00/hour.
Having noted the above, I do not find it credible that you were awarded a promotion to Warehouse Supervisor having only one month of work experience on a part-time basis as a Warehouse Shipping Clerk of this company. In addition, I am not satisfied that you are employed as a Warehouse Supervisor given your indicated salary of $11.00/hour.

They concern about promotion and pay rate.

Think carefully and respond.. I would say take a Lawyer Suggestion for responding draft then you are good to go as PR

Can I ask, which documents did you provide them? Another employment letter?

Some letter from company with my sign employer letter and other one accountant letter. And my explanation letter.

I thought there was no minimum wage requirement for CEC. Its also mentioned in the operation bulletin. I think Samir has a solid point to fight on. :)

Yes my lawyer mention that in explanation letter.

Any one want to share some experience?

Thanks for sharing samir3132, do keep us updated on how this turns out. It sounds like you did the right thing by getting legal advice.

So basically, two concerns were raised: that your wage is rather low for what is supposed to be a supervisory position, and that your prior work experience is much less than someone would usually have.

We do see these kinds of things cited as refusal reasons from time to time - the officer is not convinced that the person could be working in the job they claim to have, due to a low salary, or a lack of relevant education or work experience, etc. But it could also be overturned with a strong enough reply.

In any case, good luck!

Oh I see - that wasn't mentioned in the procedural fairness letter. Hopefully they consider this in their review.
