Procedural fairness letter for misrepresentation

Need one advice from experts

I received fairness letter 4 months before
Which says that my employment history
Is misrepresentation as per documents
As I submit a single experience letter
So I did submit extra documents to support
My application. They send me my passport back
And informed me that my application is still
Under process . Anyone knows how much chance of
Getting visa after procedural fairness letter
How much time it takes for the decision
Please let me know

My work experience is genuine.
They called my employer also and he verified
That I was working with him
I submitted only one letter that was relieving letter
They asked me to prove my employement
So I submitted additional docs

Hi to tell you honestly, there is a chance of being refuse. That was concern earlier on my application misrepresentation regarding representative and the final decision is refusal but I can reapply as long as I have a new information. Be prepared and still praying is the most powerful.

Actually in my case 3 months after I received the refusal letter together with the documents but depending on the country. Good luck hope your visa officer has a lot of consideration

My representative mailed it Dec.2013 then after a month I received a letter about the VO concern of using representative. I sent an explanation 3 days after I had received the letter. After 3 months I received a medical request but after a week they returned my documents together with refusal letter.
