I strongly recommend you withdraw your visa and forget about all the time you have given and the money you have spent. If you withdraw your visa you can reapply for the other intake but if you wait and watch they will hit you so hard that you will not be able to apply to Canada for 5 years. If you raise a web form also you will get into the same trouble as I am going through now. But it is still your choice what you want to do. And to get a visa after webform or after not letting them know is the greatest luck you need.
I'm not sure how withdrawing application will help me and what should I tell them about the reason that I want to withdraw and apply again especially that I received medical request 10 days ago and passed the medical test 3 days ago, so I think raising a webform in such a time will help a lot

So, I don't know what you can do if you got a medical request because this seems positive. If you haven't got a medical request i would just tell you to withdraw but
If you got a medical request I believe it will be better if you stay silent rather than raise a web form and let them know about the previous refusal and make them check over the document again and get the PFL. Raising a web form can make them know the information that they have missed so plan before taking steps and consult the professionals. Raising webform can create issues at this time. Update about your condition to me after the reply you get from IRCC. I might help you if

I think that they will find about the previous refusal sooner or later, it's on the same online account and it's only 3 months earlier, but if I contact them before they do they may believe that it's a mistake and I didn't mean to misrepresent it because it is the truth

Raise the webform now and tell them. You want to let them know about the error before they find it themselves. If you let them know before they find it, no issues. It's only a problem if they find it first.

even if I received medical request and passed it?

Withdrawing is technically the safest option. Even if you raise a webform now, there is always some chance IRCC has already found the misrepresentation and has started the PFL process. There's no way to know that.

If you don't want to withdraw, send the webform. Do it right now. Don't wait any longer.

thank you so much everyone, I appreciate your help and I'm writing the webform right now
Fill that form again where you have ticked NO and make the change where you have made a mistake and send them while sending a web form.
This is a new way but this might can help as per my research. Rest is in your hand

Telling them about a refusal through web form won't help. I have seen people getting a ban after the raised web forms and informed them about their mistake.

That's my opinion but since most of the people above have suggested raising a web form then you do consider that.

If you could get me the person who went through such a case and got a PPR then please do let me know as this can become water in desert or even more,
You will have to search for it, I used to read a lot of posts and remember that one.

I already raised a webform yesterday do you think it is still possible to withdraw my application? if so how can I withdraw it? is it through filling another webform or what?
