Problems with the JobBank profile

Hi All,
I completed my Express Entry profile and my JobBank profile. JobBank says "Profile active", but in my EE application it still says "pending". How long does it take to update? It's been 24 hours and for my friend it updated almost instantly.
What am I doing wrong?? Thanks to all for insights.....
