Problems while uploading police certificate

Hi, I'm trying to upload my UK police certificate requested by IRCC for BCPNP, but I'm not sure what to fill in the blanks below:



1.Should I fill in 'UK Police Certificate' for 'Document Name'?
2. There is a Unique Reference Number (URN) on the top right of the certificate. Is this the 'Document Number' I should fill in?
3.For the 'country/territory of issue section', I can't find any suitable option to select since I'm a citizen of another country. Should I select 'British Subject'?
4. Expiration date for the police certificate, 3 months or 12 months? I saw both were suggested by members of this forum.

1.yes
2.yes(PC/...)
3.I think it should be overseas citizen, subject has something to do with British citizenship, not sure but not subject
4.usually ACRO don't have any validity until and unless you have left UK.
