I am planning on applying for FSW 2 since I just got positive LMO and going to apply for Work Permit. My problem is that I need to prove at least 1 year working experience for that. I used to work for my parents' restaurant as owner assistant. Since it's quite a small restaurant therefore sometime I handled the restaurant myself on my parents' behalf. I did not get any salary or any contracts for this. In order to prove I have worked in managerial area, I will send a reference letter from my parents indicating my job description, working period, etc... I also have some documentation (such as business tax registration, client receipts, ...) to show the restaurant was operated. I also will provide a Affidavit of support from an Accountant that used to work for our restaurant to confirm my job. Apart from that, I don't have anything else to show. Can you guys suggest any kind of document that can strengthen my case? Any advice will definitely help.
