Hi all,
I've been having problems trying to get my skype chat logs using skype logview. I downloaded the program and got the logs, but they were in a weird format and I can't seem to make it work without this happening:
Example:
it was so cold out there I couldn't stand a longer walk
>>becomes
it was so cold out there I couldn't stand a longer walk
--------
I am not ready to send in my application yet by any means, but I would like to get my Skype logs as time passes just in case. I don't want them to be discarded automatically every 6 months by skype or anything and I already haven't been keeping up with them so it's better to start sooner than later I figure. I have a few questions relating to this.
1. Is it okay to edit these issues out?
2. Do I need to state that I've edited the logs after doing so?
3. How do I structure the word document of the chat logs? Does it just need to be the text with our names and the times, etc? I was thinking just a common sense approach, but I never know with immigration matters.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
