I know that it said that i cannot leave any gaps. Is that the reason it is now became incomplete?

It asked me to fill last 10 years activities. and ofcourse there are gaps where i did nothing.

How do i fill those gaps?

Unemployed, housewife, apprenticeship etc. U can't leave a gap else your application won't be complete. Note that it's acceptable to be unemployed

Yeah... you can put unemployed.. looking for a job, traveling the world, taking care of my children/a sick relative, waiting for feedback from an interviewer.. it really doesn't matter as long as it's the truth.

Before my education in 2010, I was studying for a relevant certificate, however, I have not mentioned that in WES or in Educational history. This is between 12th grade and university, so shall I add educational activity or unemployed?? If I do educational activity, will they ask me for a certificate/diploma?

Currently, I am self-employed, so if I mention self-employed, will they ask me anything or I should put unemployed?

Put it in educational history. If you didn't complete it just say so. They won't ask for any certificates that you aren't claiming points for.

If you are self employed then you should put that, they may want proof that you are self employed though...like contracts, proof of payments from clients etc.

You generally don't need to prove anything that you aren't claiming points for.

Thanks, I’ll put all these in personal history then cause I’m not claiming points for being self-employed or that certificate which I completed in 2011.

Moreover, I’m self-employed without any documents and stuff, I’m a very small investor with few investments. Should I better put unemployed there, cause I’ll be looking for a job within my NOC, once I reach Canada?

Yes, personal history would be fine. You can just put unemployed and explain further in the letter of explanation.

Hi my personal activities section is coming up with the error below.

The form could not be submitted because errors were found.
Validation error: You have not completed the mandatory fields or you have not completed them correctly. Please make corrections where indicated.

  • Error Description: Problematic field:Personal activities: You must provide at least 10 continuous years of history, or all time since this person's 18th birthday, to the present.
I have deleted quite a view things but it is still not accepting it. There aren't any gaps but I have had 2 jobs at the same time at different periods of the 10 years and I have also volunteered for a range of different charity organisations when working. I'm not sure if some of the dates are affecting it as they are overlapping. Not completely sure what to do because I can't submit the application if it won't accept the information. Do I need to include everything if it is in the holiday/employment section?

Hello Guys!

How do we include travel/vacation to other countries while being employed ?

I visited my then girlfirend (now wife) in London while I was working in Canada.
I was out of Canada for 3 months for my wedding while being employed. How do I include this activity ?
How do I include this activity when my employment activity is auto populated just like above. Thanks.

Based on your answer, is it okay to write IELTS preparation gap under "Unemployed"? because when I add that in "Educational activity" it asks me College certificate and all which is not applicable in that scenario. Please let me know. thanks

I am currently filling the Personal activity in EE. It automatically took the education history which is older than 10 years. Now I am confused if I should delete this education history or leave it in there

@ShaJab . I had deleted the fields which were older than 10 years barring a 2 year overflow. I am yet to submit my e-APR.
Would love to hear from the seniors who've seen it and done it all.

Hi guys, need some advice/help.
How do I justify the gap between school and college? During this period I was applying to colleges (undergrad).
Thanks in advance!
