Problematic Field error Express Entry

Hi,

While filing my employer name in the work history section, I got a problematic field error. My employer name has a "+" sign in it and it is causing the validation error.

Any suggestions appreciate.

Leave the character out. The form won't accept it.

Thanks scylla for the prompt response.

But what is worrying me is in that case the employer name would not match the name in the company reference letter.. Should that create a problem?
