Problem with PGWP... HELP!

Hi and thanks in advance for you help!

I am from Spain and I have recently graduated from my MA in Toronto. Now I am applying for a PGWP.

I have downloaded the IMM5710E form and I have a problem with section named DETAILS OF INTENDED WORK IN CANADA. Under type of work permit I selected first OPEN WORK PERMIT, as the PGWP is an Open WP, from what I understand.

However, then it does not allow me to leave blank the DETAILS OF MY PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYER, INTENDED LOCATION OF EMPLOYER IN CANADA, and DURATION OF EXPECTED EMPLOYER sections. I tried just writing Unknown in some of them, but a few such as location, it makes you select a province an city no matter what. I do not have a job lined up yet, and from what I know, it is not necessary for this kind of permit, right?

I tried to fill out the form selecting OTHER as the Type of work permit and I encounter the same problem.

I will be happy for any advice!

Enter the city and province you currently reside in. As it's an open work permit, it wouldn't matter where you end up working after it's approved.

Thanks for the answer on address, but, what should I do then with the dates of prospective employment? They are mandatory to fill up with a real date.
