Problem with paying fees online on CIC website

Hi,

I have been trying to pay my sponsorship fee on CIC website for the past 2 days, but I keep on getting this error message:

SORRY ... this on-line service is currently not available.

Possible reasons:

We are currently updating this Web site.
We are experiencing technical difficulties.
Please try again later.

Has anyone experienced this before or is also experiencing this now? How long does it take for them to fix this problem?

I have seen other complaints recently. Give it a day or so and try again.

If it doesnt work soon, try calling CIC and ask them another way you can pay your fees because the online fee payment is down

No way! I'm gonna be very upset at my husband for leaving things to the last minute He was thinking of paying online too since time is running out.

Well, lol for my husband's sake, it worked and he was able to get the receipt already, whew for him!
