Hello, I am new and wanna seek some advice. I am applying for a LMO. However, I made a mistake. I forgot to put job description on the contract and faxed the application already (other documents are fine). I would like to ask:

1. Will they still process my application?

2. Can I just re-submit my application and tell them my previous application was incomplete at this stage? (I haven't got back any reply yet, so I dont not have a file number yet).

Thanks for your advice. I am really concerned right now. Please help.

Hi
1, they will be asking job description for sure. did you write cover letter as well?
2, you can fax your job description if you want. are you in a hurry? it will take 2 month to get LMO so
if you are kinda tight, i mean ur working permit expires soon, you should do right away.

Hello, thank you very much for your advice. I don't have a file number for my case yet, so if I fax them the job description with my company details (name, job title, company contacts), will that be OK?

Thanks

Hi i think so. if you fax them, you should explain who you are and why doing this.

hi.. i just wanna be clear about lmo application. as i know, it is the employer who has to apply for lmo, and not the employee. since it is the employer who will prove to the government that they really need to hire a foreign worker for whatever reason. so, just wondering if you submitted the lmo application by yourself? and how about the contact person?

i m the employer
