Hey I've been having a problem with my working holiday visa need need some help with what to do. I have been in Canada for the last 2 years under the working holiday program, and am about to start another visa under a different passport as i am a dual citizen. I already have the new visa issued, however the passport has been lost in the mail and they say it will take another week to get here (aleady been a month).
My current Visa ends at the end of this week and I am confused to what my status will be when that happens. Will I have to do a border crossing and come back in on a visitors visa and wait for my new passport? Or can I wait it out as long as I dont work once my visa is up? Thanks for the help folks!
