Problem in obtaining UAE PCC

Hi,

Am facing problems with obtaining PCC from sharjah where i have stayed for more than 20 years. I am now in india. The sharjah authorities have mentioned that my name in the database is incorrect and hence refused a UAE PCC. Pls tell me a solution to this problem and how can i obtain my UAE PCC
