I have studied class 1 in 1987,class 2 in 1988 and class 3 in 1989 in one school(MPGHS). Then I have sifted to another school(St.Joseph) in 1990 and studied in class three again in 1990 there. So, in schedule 1 , section 10, should I write

1987 to 1989 MPGHS
1990 to 1998 St.Joseph

or
1987 to 1988 MPGHS
1990 to 1998 St.Joseph

???

In BSc and MS, the session and passing year is different due to session jam. Session of BSc is 2001- 2004 but passing year is 2007.
In this case should I write the session in section 10 and provide explanation in different page? if so , how?

Is this for high school, then write
1987 to 1989 MPGHS
1990 to 1998 St.Joseph

But for the number of years in high school, don't count class 3 twice. You could explain that in another sheet of paper.

For University, i have no idea what you mean by session jam. I presume you studied from 2001 to 2004 but got the degree certificate in 2007. So then you would write 2001 to 2004. I guess its best to write an explanation why even though you studied from 2001 to 2004, you got your degree in 2007.

Such explanations can be useful.

At least this is what i would do. Remember, i am no expert as I have only done one application and that one is in process (who knows it may be declined).

After reading another post of yours, I guess i have no idea what is a session jam, so ignore what i said above and perhaps explain when you sat in class. What is a session vs session jam, etc.

I am using an extra sheet for the information that can not be accomodated in the form. Should I use another extra paper for the explanation? if so, what would be the headline? can I attach my departmental transcript which has the explenation of the anomaly?

just take an extra sheet of plain paper,
type your name and last name on top,
the form number and the form name,
then write down the question number for which you are trying to answer,
then copy what it says onto your transcript (as an explanation) to that paper.
Dont send in your transcript.

same paper for each form is okay.
i used different sheets for different forms.
if you get some time, you should go through FAQ post on the forum. i specified how i prepared my documents to Sydney. The rules might have changed slightly now but it should give you an idea.
