Concentrate the following plz.
VISA ACCEPTANCE
Condition 1
FIRST---Government University
SEOND---Government College
THIRD----Private Uni
FOURTH--Private College

VISA REFUSAL
Condition 2
FIRST------Private College
SECOND----Private Uni
THIRD-- ---Government College
FOURTH----Government Uni

CHC follow two condition, 1 for acceptance and 2nd for refusal, but it is very hard to know on which condition u r applying. Visa reject if application is under process in Condition 2 and accept if apply under Condition 1. It is very hard to know about condition of CHC.
Here on Forum most of the student accepted for LSBF and most of them also refuse for Uni of Toronto.
If u talk about visa chances, I suggest u to apply out the Toronto, it is because of crowded area. In other condition if u have only chance to go to crowded places so u should find out unique course but relevant to u and higher than ur current degree or certification.

To sum up, Novascotia and Saskatchewan are best place to apply, It is not crowded yet. The current news is that Canadian government is spending millions dollars to promote education of Novascotia and Saskatchewan.
Best of luck,

Go for a Public funded university or college because it will help you getting visa + work permit after studies + PR.....................

Hi,

What about Manitoba? I think.. Manitoba too is not yet crowded like Sask. & NS....

Manitoba's population growth is booming, according to Statistics Canada.

The number of people living in the province jumped by 16,400 between 2008 and 2009, according to a report released by Statistics Canada.

That marks the best population growth rate since 1971, said Entrepreneurship, Training and Trade Minister Peter Bjornson.

The total population in Manitoba now sits at 1,229,000.

Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta are one of the most crowded places, which does not mean there are not much opportunities in other provinces like Nova Scotia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan or New Foundland.

However, Winnipeg (in Manitoba) has higher crime rate comparing to other places as I read somewhere. I will try to put a source link once I find one.

Hi,

1. We need to ask, why it looks crowded in BC, Ontario & Alberta! Simply because you can find jobs (or atleast survival jobs) in BC, Ontario & Alberta. We also need to ask, where are the jobs in places like New Brunswick, Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia (except Halifax). We also need to think if it's better to get stuck in these provinces. Even at the time of LMO processing, it's mandatory by law for employers to advertise jobs specially in Saskatchewan and Novascotia. We need to ask why?
2. Saskatchewan is number one when it comes to crime stats in Canada (Regina No. 1 & Saskatoon No. 2).

I think my information on Winnpeg was a year or two behind.
