I know…that sucks…no progress in 2020 cases n everything passed for 2021 even with outland dependants. Don’t know what criteria they are following
Not yet, my wife completed her biometrics in India on July 15th. Looking at the timelines of others I guess it would be this month hopefully.
Going by Trend on PPR on ask kubier, i see outland PPR is slowly picking up (dependants i mean) . my guess would be you - you will get your ecopr and dependent ppr before 3rd week of august.

I am also AOR 2020 and I haven't even received confirmation portal email. I don't know where my application is stuck.

They don't follow any timeline.. People who uploaded their credentials in August got eCOPRs while June, July people are still waiting.. Idk what they follow but that's not timelines.
