Congratulations. but for me they saying ur file is with another office and that email we are not getting revert. please suggest what to do
Here is my timeline:
ITA- 13 Feb, 2021
AOR-29 April, 2021
Medical and Biometrics completed- 2 June, 2021
Portal Email- 26th Nov, 2021 (I was in India at that time, replied to the email on 29th jan,2022)
Portal Credentials- 1 Feb, 2022
Etobicoke office cancelled my credentials giving a lame excuse and I was unable to check my picture and address-16th Feb,2022.
Sent uncountable mails to Etobicoke office and just one email to Calgary office and Calgary office helped me to get my account back.
Uploaded picture and address again on 17th Feb,2022
Got eCOPR- 18th feb, 2022 (from Calgary office itself)
PPR for outland dependent - 18th Feb,2022
Spouse rejected for SOWP twice (Sep 2019 and Feb 2020) and in processing for third time (Applied on Oct 22, 2020, will withdraw now)

I sent them an email explaining my whole situation.
How I was feeling and requested them to work on my application even though it was with another Visa office.

My husband had applied for PR and he received a ppr request naming - For dependent spouse residing in India. The letter had his name, I had applied for Sowp as when I applied he was on work permit . The letter had his name, my UCI number and his application number. We are confused as to what should we do.
p.s- Though he had applied for non accompanying spouse, he had received medical and biometric request for me , which I did and which were later on updated in his file.
Later after 2 days he received his PR card , but we are confused, whether this ppr letter is for me ( I am residing in India). Please help should I consider it as my ppr ? I also received a refusal on my sowp a week later after this ppr request.

Congrats !!! what is Calgary office email ID? I have been waiting for my PR card and PPR since 1st Dec'21. Raised few webforms, emails and tried calling... no luck so far.

I would suggest you should consider sending Passport for visa stamping. Get your passport stamped. No issues in that. PPR is always for overseas dependent family members.
May I know, in how many days your husband received his PR Card after he got confirmation of PR Card has been mailed?

I am sending them emails from last month and it's almost 3 months wait for ppr for outland dependent. They are saying your file is at Eastcoast (Montreal office) and Montreal office not reverting.
Anyone from. Montreal or Halifax office here who received ppr? please suggest something
