Principal Applicant Inland and De pendants in India - PR Portal email before RFV

I am PA in Canada and my dependents are in Overseas India. I got email with subject line "Subject line: IRCC - Permanent Residence Portal (PR Confirmation)" for me and all my dependents. I have responded to this email with location details of mine and individuals.
For me I got portal credentials and confirmed the address and uploaded the photo. Now application is in review with IRCC ONLY for me.

If I read blogs people have received RFV email first and then portal email. In my case I have not received RFV Email and neither PPR letter for dependents.

Is there any mistake in my case that I did not get RFV email?
What should I do in this case, please advice. Your help will be deeply appreciated.

Nothing to be concerned. IRCC will give you a COPR and then ask your dependents to submit the passport. It can happens at the same time as well.

I received a GU and upon checking they have updated my profile that my second medical exam has passed on Nov 18, 2021.

how long will it take generally to receive Portal or PPR now that second medical has passed?

Nothing can be said. Some receive in a week some not even after months

Hi..I got email ,my passport dispatched today but no counterfoil generated in gc key ..what should I expect ? Ircc received passport on November 11 and got dispatched on nov 18 .please answer if someone knows I am worried ??

Nothing to be concerned. IRCC will give you a COPR and then ask your dependents to submit the passport. It can happens at the same time as well.

It refers to a visa that will be pasted in your passport for those who are not from a visa-exempt country.

Is it normal to get GU after receiving ecorp? Still waiting for RFV for dependents and the account still show "Your Action is needed", where as we have almost every day sent them email with the address of all the applicants. And have raised 5 web forms in last 1 month from the day we got the letter as below:

Will pass 30 days on 25 Nov 2021, as we received the update on 25 Oct.
Not sure what to do. Yesterday we received E-corp for PA and today a GU.
