I remember having a long debate with Asivad about exactly this subject and I thought we had settled it, but for some reason he seems to have reverted to his opinion that FSW points are awarded for one occupation only.

I agree with specialmary that this is not the case - thanks for digging out these regulations. The only relevance of the primary occupation is to ensure the applicant meets the minimum work requirement.
Lots of immigration lawyers are not aware of this too. Therefore, if you are finding a lawyer, find a good one.

I know nothing about CEC.

Calculate crs score yourself using crs calculator

Use your professional job as your primary NOC as I believe if u get settle in here u may not wanna go back and do NOC b job.

However u can also claim points for your NOC b job in EE and FSW scale. So all in all u r getting points for 3 plus years for EE and 4 years for FSW

sir thankyou for your reply, firstly
secondly,
my concern is can i use my noc code b job for crs score
because some consultant told me that i did noc b job after my graduation in engineering so that is problem.

To be straight i say:
i have a masters/professional degree with 3+ years of experience for CRS score.
is this a true statement true here?

Again u can choose any one of them as your primary NOC. WhT is important here is a at least continuous 1 year work experience in any of the jobs which u have

Hello

Please help me understand the primary occupation I can choose now in express entry profile:

NOC B - 5 years of foreign work experience
NOC A - 1year exp while I was on a study permit

NOC 0 Stem - From May 2023 - Present ( until August 2023 I was on study permit and from Sept I am on PGWP)

To be eligible for one year CEC - I will be waiting until Sept-2023.

For my Express Entry profile in the FSW category, which primary occupation should I choose?
