Primary NOC 0213 or 2175 ?

Hello All,
In my last 10 years of experience is,
7 years experience in NOC 2175 (Web designers and developers)
3 years experience in NOC 0213 (Computer and information systems managers)

What should be my primary NOC code while applying in Express entry ?

I am more interested with NOC 2175, can I show my last 3 years of experience with NOC 0213 and still keep 2175 as my primary NOC code.

Also note that I want to apply at Saskatchewan PNP and they have only NOC 2175 in occupation in demand list so I have to keep 2175 there.

If I apply with NOC 2175 at Saskatchewan and keep NOC 0213 as primary NOC in EE then can this create any conflict ?

I am very confused, please help.

You can quote any NOC as primary.

You can submit a profile in SINP and EE as well.

So does it mean that its not necessary to use current job NOC as primary NOC.

Any NOC experience in past 10 years, should be 12 months continuous can be chosen.
