Hi,
I'm hoping to get a job working in an administration role in an Elementary School once I get my COPR.
I've worked for Local Government for the past 30 years (yikes!)
I'd love to hear from other School Secretary's / Bursar's who have made the transition from the U.K. to Canada, to share experiences.
I'm interested to know if they found it similar to working in schools in England??
I've joined the Regional School Board's website and I've uploaded my resume but I don't have the eligibility to apply for jobs until I get my PR.
Like I say, I would really love to hear off anyone who's been through a similar situation for some tips, advice and insight.
Many thanks and Best Wishes
