Preparing for ppr

Sooo when I receive ppr, the two photos I send are identical passport photos? Do they need to be signed? And I just email the address provided to change it to my local vo (London)?

So I send the copy of my bio page, my photos in a priority mail package?

And once it is sent off how long is it till people receive copr?
