Just to clarify - is your boyfriend now divorced? If he is, then there's nothing stopping you from getting married (and therefore not a strong candidate at all for conjugal).

Do you have any legal barriers to get married? he is divorced, and nowhere in your post you say that you are married.
If you're not married, or you're divorced, then get married ( In canada, or anywhere else, probably the philippines is not an option because there is no divorce there), and then applied as married.
To be in the conjugal category you have to prove that you can not get married, anywhere.

Thank you Sweden and Scylla :)

My boyfriend is divorced already and im not married in the philippines. My questions are?

We cant get married in the Philippines because he's married when he was a Filipino citizen so definitely he has a married record in my country. Will VO will question ask why not get married in another country?

Can we get married in other country for example here in Bahrain where i am currently having a residence permit for 2 years? and is it valid marriage?

Im really confuse what to do.

Yes - the VO will definitely ask why you didn't get married in another country. Conjugal is for people that can not marry at all. So - since he is divorced now in Canada, and you are not married, you should investigate how to get married in Bahrain, or anywhere else that would work for both of you - as he is a Canadian citizen he can probably travel to quite a few countries that would work, and so as long as you find a country where you can both go and get married, you should do that. Then once married, he can sponsor you as his wife.
Good luck,
Sweden
