I am about to send a full set of application forms and supporting documents to my Visa Office In Damascus. I would like to know how the documents should be presented. I have referenced every single document and created an index for each document included, however due to the large number of docs, I would like to know whether:
a) it is acceptable to hole-punch the docs so that they can be bound together, or
b)whether the visa offices prefer that the docs are not hole punched and presented loose in the correct order, or
c) should docs be placed in plastics document folders.
