premanent resident landing from visa waiver countries

can anyone say what do persons travelling from countries that do not require a visa get for permanent resident landing???? i realise most people seem to get visa.

If you don't need a visa to travel to Canada, you don't get one.

Your Confirmation of Permanent Residence will be physically sent to you, and you take that on the plane/boat/in the car when you arrive at the border.
