Hi, my mom sponsored me to be a permanent resident in canada, our application went almost 3years before we finally got a passport request and mom became a PR in canada,we are pretty sure that the VISA will be sent in a week or two aftr decision made but my problem is im 7 almost 8 months pregnant and im afraid i couldnt make it.,to travel from the philippines to canada.

my question is can i still go to canada after i give birth using my visa sponsored by my mom as a dependent child and eventually sponsor my baby in a separate application when i get to canada or do i have to inform the embassy first before leaving???

7 to 8 months pregnant is not an issue:

Once you arrive Canada, move to Alberta and you would get provincial healthcare immediately. Once baby is born in Alberta, he/she is a Canadian citizen.

Otherwise if baby is born while you are still in the Philipinnes, the visa would not be valid. Follow other posters' advice on how to add baby into your application in the other thread.
