My legal name has 2 words. And my bank has only one of the word from my last name as a Preferred name. The financial support document I got has my preferred name with only 1 word last name as opposed to 2. The bank has to wait for a full month if they change my preferred name to be same as my legal name before they are able to generate a new document with my legal name as my preferred name. Can I just submit my current document and enter my preferred name as an alias in the application? Has anyone faced the same problem before?
