People who are not getting ita's even though their scores are 453 or above Need to analyze themselves why they haven't received the ita. Let me tell you the good reason, its not about scoring high its about factors also need to be looked at. Cic is not a welfare to give ita's to everyone who ever scores high. Your age, experience relevant education also means alot to cic. Cic does not want people to reside and live in canada they want us to grow their economy, to pay taxes and contribute your role in making the economy better.

So don't believe in your scores believe what you can contribute in Canada that's worth understanding

You are correct about CRS point being the only criterion for getting ITA. Your program eligibility matters in program-specific draws.

Well you mean to say that people who got selected with 735 points wont be burden to Canadian society. He got 600 points on the LMAI or PNP basis and he only scored 135 for the remaining 600 points.
I know people who are on PGWP and in canada for past 3+ years and still scoring around 380...does this mean they are not quite suitable to live in Canada?

True. I don't know how they can achieve that. 135 points...when language and ECA is mandatory.

Yes, we - people who are on PGWP paid taxes to this government to come up with this EE system which doesn't benefit ourselves at all. How funny is that.

Forum users claiming that the score will never dip bellow 450 make me laugh... in the early days of EE, people were claiming it would never go bellow 800 and it did, then after a few draws, people were claiming it would never go bellow 600 and it did, now at 453, people are claiming that it will never go bellow 450... I see a pattern here. Maybe it has something to do with June coming up... Anyone picked on or after June might not get PR up until 2016, which means that they will be part of the 2016 target, and not this years. Maybe CIC will open the floodgates again in June sending out a higher number of ITAs to reach 2016 targets. Right now I think it's limiting the number of ITAs to make it easier for imigration officials to process as many applications as fast as possible to get to the 2015 target. The less applications to process, the faster the job gets. I'm waiting for either another CEC-specific drawing, or for the scores to continue to lower to receive my ITA at 422. All predictions are now useless, only thing you can do is try to raise your CRS score anyway possible, or wait it out and see what the stabilized CRS scores turns out to be. I doubt it will be stabilized at 450, it's not like there's thousands of applicants left with that number or higher in the pool. Still at least 7 draws to go.

I doubt that the score will ever drop below 450. Screw all predictions.

I'm wondering as well....but to meet the minimum requirements for express entry...a CRS OF 300 and above is accepted...just don't know when minister chris will give out his next ministerial instruction

GARJ you are correct....people are forgetting the target amount for year 2015 that Canada wants....so who to tell what the minister will decide.... The aim is for around 150k people for 2015.....under the different immigration class....and the minimum amount of draws to be done 15...and maximum is 25 for the year....

Just know that if u get a nomination or job offer....you get more points automatically And moved up the line

Seriously if i knew something like this would have happened i would have never had chosen Canada. Thankfully still have sometime to recover from this EE idea of the canadian government...but i really feel pity for those who were on the last year of their PGWP and rules changed all of a sudden

Well, election is in October so things might change yet again.

Meanwhile, the Harper government almost double the TFSA limit to please the voters and make themselves look good.

But on a more serious note I think the points will get to the low 400's before they start to make the draws more specific. People are forgetting that there is one line in each draw that says "under ministerial instruction"... I believe that leaves open CIC to conduct NOC or IELTS specific draws because they can just say "this is what the minister instructed us to do".

And yes I dont know why people think they wont start closing of NOC codes. Its been a part of the process for the last 100 years.

Hey guys what are the chances of getting PR under NOC 6211, in express entry.
I understand that CIC had a list before in which Retail sales supervisors were removed. My score is 440. If I get ITA, will they reject or still consider ?¿ what do you guys think.
