Do you think W**CS will refund their service fees to the applicants in case of cancelled applications by the CIC?
I have been thinking of cancelling their services,as I highly doubt they will even return the cheques of
CIC to the cancelled applicants.

Yes . If you are a gold applicant and you paid whole amount up to landing but your file is terminated, they have to pay back the rest of the amount. From your id name I think u r feb 2004 ND applicant .If so your file could be under process.Regading refund cheques, those cheques will be issued to the name of the applicant only.Only the address will be WW*** . I am curious to know the status of your file.Pls reply. I am july 2004 ,inprocess.

Yes, I am a Feb 2004 ND applicant. I have shared my info on the spreadsheet also. I applied in Feb 2004 and AOR is July 2004, in process.
I am a bronze applicant with WW*** although I paid the complete amount of 70K in the beginning only.

You paid application filing fee + document updation fee. In my case I am gold applicant and I paid 90000 as one instalment and that included application filing+document updation+post landing services. In your case u received the services for what u paid .I dont think they will retun back what u paid in case there is termination. But for me they should give back post landing expenses in case of termination.

But let us be positive since both our files are not termnated

For the last 8.5 years of my wait this is the first information regarding an email in which Newdelhi visa office is giving clarity on the status of an application. I made several CSE like many other new delhi applicants but they never replied . In their reply to you they are saying that your application is terminated. I wish me too get a reply from visa office stating yes or no to my case. Can u post the whole email here.
