Hi Bundoora, thanks for answer.

I sent medicals sept 2011, since this date I´ve not received any official notice from CIC.

I know my process status because until March 2012 CIC answered my e-mails normally, but they have not replied more.

Right now my medicals are expired, CIC don´t answer my emails and there is a new law (fee returns) that I don´t know if apply to my case.

I didn´t paid landing fee because I am waiting for official notice and I´ve not requested CAIPS yet..!

Thanks for the reply, how do you know about your application status, did you visit your CHC? in my case i found out from CAIPS, e-mail as well as my personnel subsequent visit to CHC .if I were you , I would definitely make a personnel visit to the local embassy /High commission and find out the processing phase of my application, after all you may not have been effected by OB442.

Sure you are safe.
You must get your CAIPS note immediately. I think your problem is as you said ``I didn´t paid landing fee`` - when you medical done, the same time you should pay landing fee. Without that fee they will never send you PPR. You can send CSI that you wish to pay the landing fees for that you need an official paper. Best of luck and please keep up informed.

"New Schedule 1 Background/ Declaration form for yourself and each family member over the age of 18. Please declare personal history and addresses from the age of 18. The forms can be found on the CIC website at: cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp"

My question is: New Schedule 1 Background/ Declaration form is Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669] form ?

Hi everybody.

I sent today schedule 1 (A) backgruond/declaration form and evidence of enough settlement funds requested by CIC.-

On Nov 20, 2012, CIC requested new Chest X Ray for all my family group in order to give us an extention of expire date (Sept 2012) of all medicals.

The doctor next week should send new Chest X Ray.

I still waiting CAIPS...!

Friends I want to know that if I am a Back Logger Pre February 2008. Than why CIC LVO sent me letter to update my documents in June 2012 and said to wait for 4 months, after that they sent me confirmation that my updated documents received in August 2012 and suddenly in September 2012 LVO said that my application is rejected because of Law passed in June 2012 for Back Logger Pre February 2008. I want to know than why CIC request me to sent updated documents in June 2012, because of that I file a late case in September 2012 against CIC in federal court because I got to know in September 2012 that I was rejected and even I am a Software Developer (2173) and I am eligible for Opportunities Ontatrio FSW Pilot Programme but I did not get invitation for this. Now where I am standing I dont understand this, because I think I am standing in middle of sea and there is no diesel in my ship. So could you help me in telling that what is my status is my application is rejected or still going on.

Best for you is to get CAIPS note and then to check when was your case assessed. If that was before March 29, 2012 then you can inform LVO that. I wish and hope you will find that well before March 2012. For your information two of my known Bangladeshi 2005 applicant got MR during last month. From LVO one Pakistani 2006 applicant got MR, PPR and visa few months ago.
