Pre-arrival and no medical exam?

Hey, can someone offer some insight on what exactly this means? I'm a US Outland applicant, application moved to New York Visa Office, timeline as follows:

Sent: May 3rd 2021
AOR1: June 11 2021
Biometrics Requested: June 11 2021
Sponsorship Approval: June 14 2021
Moved to NYVO: June 14 2021
Biometrics Given / Passed: July 06 2021
Pre-Arrival Letter: September 01 2021

My ECAS has been showing "Your application began processing on June 29, 2021" for months and I feel like I've been anxiously checking my emails every day for the last couple months waiting for the medical request. Now all of a sudden I check my email and at 2AM the pre-arrival letter was sent?

I'm not entirely sure how useful the pre-arrival letter is in terms of status on my application. Is this a really good thing and I should be excited? Or is this just something everyone gets and it's just a digital pamphlet of information to look over just in case I get approved? Should I still be waiting for medical at this point?

Thank you for any insight!

Pre-arrival seems to come at various times for people. NYVO seems to do medical at the very end. I would definitely not worry. Your application is moving very fast so far.
