Pre - arranged Employment Federal/PNP

Hi, I tried finding information about this but couldn't and if anything its pretty vague.

If a person has a pre-arranged employment what are the processing times one is looking at via the Federal and or PNP streams ?

I understand from India FSW is taking roughly 4 years to process and PNP is taking around 2 years. What if one can provide a Valid employment offer, how much are these processing times cutting by anyone know ?
