Pre 26 june(MI-1) Delay struggle, Lets get united .................

Dear respected seniors ,
I need your help and comments on my case please.
I'm CHC London 2007 SAP applicant ,AOR Aug 2007. Complete updated documents sent in Dec 2009. Additional documents were requested in Nov 2010 and sent in the same month . Till now I didn't receive the midical tests request , their responses to my status quiery requests since Dec 2010 up to April 2011 were "Background checks are in progress for your application" . Can you tell me please when I expect to receive the request to do medical tests. Is there any hope , what is your thought.

We received your application for permanent residence on June 10, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 13, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
what is File transfer,I have received 2n AOR from VO dated 14th April 2011 with my new file number which is different from the previous file number,
My new file number is not opening since it has been allotted to me i.e since 14th April 2011,
Is there any thing wrong or this is normal, when shall my new file number open,
waiting for reply,

It takes time to poen your ecas with new file number . If you are able to view your e-cas with old number there is no problem at all.
 
Any further update from any member, pre june/post june who received medicals from New Delhi VO. We are witnessing only " Decision made" cases from NDVO.Congrats to all who got visas.

Please return the following documents to me so that I can reapply again as it seems that CIC Canada has put pre June 26 2010 applications on hold. I had forwarded following original documents after receiving of Federal Skilled Worker File no. I require them again so that I can apply again in the 7242 category.

check this.

I'll keep forwarding the same mail again and again to CHC till they return my ielts so that i'll apply again..

Hi!

There is no point being rude. There are less chances that your request will be heard if you are rude. Ask them politely that you need your original documents back as you want to apply again.

dont expect anything in 2011.

for IT and 4131's i'd say dont expect anything till Fall 2012. One thing I dont understand that there are 100's of IT jobs vacant in one single bank, namely Scotiabank, so why the hell CIC has stopped processing the files?

i think now sending queries to CHC is totally useless we know what they will reply.i think we need to wait for atleast 14 months cos till then November will be near , if we dont hear anything from CHC at that time then we should send paper+emails to immigration minster and prime minster +opposition cos they are the decision makers they can accomodate us while allocating next year targets in November.

Remember one thing program manager and staff (VO) at CHC just fellow orders from govt and parliament , on the contrary contacting CHC now will conduce in delay. so we need to wait n watch n strike at right place at right time,................well this is my personal opinion buddies are free to criticize

I agree.

I'd have loved to see a clear view of the total aspects ( job hunt, current tax payment, what they're doing now) of immigrants injected in double numbers to beat the quota that made the path closed for us for until sometime.

I agree with Sunnyslientian.. its time to unit and convey our concerns..

else they will keep on increasing the processing time..

I dont know why policy maker dont understand a simple logic .. before opening new quota for the same work stream the previous applications should be cleared.. the first come first serve is getting defeated otherwise.

its like this:
1. first person is in process (pre June 2010 for one stream lets say XYZ)
2. If CHC opens up new quota for 2011-12 for the same XYZ stream.. then they should finish the previous applicant first.. else the processing time for the new applicant will be less than the old one..
which is un-fair.

did I make any sense here..
 
Im thinking of doing that same!! my NOC is still in the list and its been 9 months since i heard anything from London V/O apart from their lame standard replies!
