If you are in Canada but your PR card is expired then you are allowed to stay and you can apply to renew your card. This is a personal issue between you and your dad and not a immigration issue.

Again this is not a immigration issue but a family matter between you and your father. If you really don't want to leave Canada then explain to him why.

Either delay long enough to be 18 and not have to obey, or listen to your Dad and return to Africa - and then once you reach 18, apply for a PRTD based on being removed from Canada as a minor.

If the OP is compliant with the residency obligations, there is no need to apply for H&C "removed as a minor" reasons. This is only when the RO is not met.

To the OP. How about insisting on getting your PR card renewed before you leave?
