HI .. I would like to get some information. can some one keep usa PR and Canada PR at same time
spending most of the time yearly in Canada with 2 or 3 usa short trip ??
is it allowed in cic law to keep residency status from other country t the same time ??

It's fine from a Canadian perspective. However the US will eventually take away your green card status since you aren't making the US your primary residence.
