PR (with unpaid debt in UAE) visiting USA -

Im a PR and planning to visit USA soon.
As per my bank in the UAE- they filed for a police case for unpaid debt.( currently negotiating)
Its considered a criminal case in the UAE.

Would that be an issue if I enter the USA or when I come back to Canada???
