It took 30 days for me after reaching ircc. Have patience. You can expect dispatch message between 20-24 th may.

I submitted my passport for PR stamping to the Chennai VFS on April 17, and according to the tracker, IRCC Delhi received it on April 23. Since then, I’ve received two ghost updates on April 30 and May 13 through the ImmiTracker, but there have been no further updates.

Could you please let me know when I can expect my passport to be stamped and returned? I need to travel to Canada as soon as possible.

Mine reached IRCC on 16th April and I got it back on 13th May. They are taking around 25-26 days to stamp passports at the moment. I’m guessing you will get the dispatch notification by Tuesday.
