Passport submitted on 3rd feb and under process in ircc office 6feb does anyone know how much I have to wait for dispatch

received by ircc on 24 jan got dispatch message today

I submitted my passport to Delhi IRCC on Jan 17th and Received at Delhi office on 21st Jan.
Received Dispatched Email on 19th Feb, Received Passport on 20th Feb.
