PR Visa printing in CIC Delhi consulate

So my wife called VFS today and ask them why she didn't get her PP while the prossesing time is only 5 working day? And the guy told her that its a minimum that embassy required. Maximum depend on the embassy.

Its funney because they want us to submit our PP within 30 days. And they dont have any time limit.

I received my COPR today and my family submitted their passports in New Delhi.

The COPR mentions "Please wait for the visa office to issue the Permanent Resident Visa to your family members before you go to a CIC office or port of entry to become PR".

From your timeline it seems you already did your landing on June 18th before the PR visa has been issued for your spouse. Did you call CIC to confirm is this is doable?

I received my COPR today and my family submitted their passports in New Delhi.

I ask the border officer and he said thats fine. Its not a neccesary. And she submited her PP befor i did landing.

Did your family got their PP? If yes when did they submited?

My family submitted their passports yesterday at ND. This is strange that CIC would ask us to hold our landing till they print the PR visas for our families.

whoever has submitted PP to New delhi u will get in 15 days the PP or return tracking activated.... i got my Wife's in 16 days....

the time she got the message despatched... i did my landing in 10 hours.... was confused and waiting but relax now....

Correct me if I am wrong - you landed after you received the message her passport has been dispatched.

Yes... i was confused that i should do landing or no... and waited till my spouse got her confirmation

Its been exact 2 weeks today since i submitted my passports in VFS office in Pune. for VISA PRINTING.
Still no WORD... GETTING ANXIOUS

still in a better situation, my friend... ppl haven't received their PPRs and (even worse) MRs!! :'(

you should get it soon.. a follow up with VFS should help.

I had submitted my passport along with my spouse and my kid's passport at Jalandhar vfs on 23 june 2015, Vfs guy told me they usually take a week ,.. i checked status by using vfs tracking id - it shows being processed at new delhi . Did anyone chcked status online ?

YEPP ...same here.... i submitted in Pune..ONLINE STATUS shows being processed in new delhi.

But 5 minute ago, i checked.... it says that my passport has been dispatched.. So i guess...if you submitted on 23 june...then wait till next tuesday... us time tak pukka status change hona chahida hai ... rabb rakha

Guys , Need your urgent help.

I have received "ready for visa" email today .
I have applied PR from India and mentioned visa office New Delhi,but still they requested me to send passports to Ottawa.

I have sent email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca change visa office to New delhi with following information.

Is this information fine? .Not sure how many days/weeks they will take it change visa office.

How many days they took for you to change visa office? .

I would really appreciate your help on this.
