PR Visa printing in CIC Delhi consulate

But they have not mentioned this anywhere...I have been waiting for my dependents passport and planning to do the landing together with them hence did not do my own landing. Also in there isntructions they have said that i cannot do my landing unless my family is issued CPR.

It is very confusing

Any updates ruchiraset. Did you try calling the CIC call center regarding the landing confusion. If so, what did they ssay..

Finally got my stamped passports from Delhi office yesterday. The visa is valid till 31/03/2016 which is exactly one year from my medicals assessment date.

I Just sent my passports to New Delhi through VFS Hyd.. Any idea how many days it will take to get the back the pp's.
VFS said that Passports will be sent directly to home address but what if we are not available at the time of courier comes home.

Finally yesterday i got a request from CIC New Delhi to submit passports. Submitted to VFS in Hyderabad today. How long is it taking to get the passports back??

question - in your first post, you mentioned about getting an email from CIC New Delhi - just wanted to clarify did you initially receive the email from CIC Canada, to which you must have requested stamping in New Delhi, right? So finally was it CIC Canada who responded back or CIC New Delhi?

Passport will be stamped, and 2 copies of COPR are included in the same envelope.

Visa application, tracking ID No.***********– Your passport has been dispatched from VAC and it may get to you within 7 working days. If it fails then it will be received back at the Canada Visa Application Centre, please contact VAC helpline for further queries.

Will it really take 7 working which means around 10 days including weekends..
Can i collect from VFS directly?

Yes, my dependents received there COPR from delhi office irrespective of my landing. I went back to india and we all did the landing together in canada last week. What lady officer told you was incorrect.

Sorry for the late update, got a response from CIC to undertake stamping in New Delhi on 2nd week of April - which I submitted in the same week and got the PPs back on May 1st.

Did you also contacted the embassy ? or just after the response you sent the passports ?

I need the advice of seniors
I received request to submit my passport for visa printing. However my main issues is that I did my medicals when i submitted my application.
My medical results are for 1.04.2014. I called to cic to ask how long will be valid my visa, and they told me that it is valid for March 2016.
Actually they did not consider the validity of medical results.
But now i am confused as consular affairs pointed out that visa validity will be based on my medical results' validity.

Can anyone comment on this ? It is important as based on cic information i was planning to to land later in fall. But what if the actuall visa wil be valid only for a month or so on.
Cic confirms that the in their system my PR visa is valid until 2016.
