Greetings everyone,

I got my PPR today from NY consulate.
Just curious, Does this means that my PR application is complete?

For getting the PR visa on the passport ,I'm planning on sending my brother-in-law, (who resides right in NY) to New York Consulate to get the visa. What are the necessary documentation to get the visa this way. Do I need "No Objection Letter" from the law firm who represented me ? Please provide me the details If I choose this path. If I choose this way, will they give the passports back the same day ( usually thursday )

I know that you can also mail in passports but it takes long time.
Which option is better ? Pls advice

Thanks
